We’re holding the first Maryland women’s tournament of 2023 at Holy
Frijoles one week from today (Sunday, January 15), and I wanted to make
sure you knew about it.

Here’s a link to the Facebook event with details. It’s a group match play
tournament, registration starts at 12:30 and the tournament will start at
1PM. We’ll play three hours of group match play, and standings at 4PM will
determine which players move on to finals. (We’ll make a decision on how
many make it to finals based on turnout, but I am anticipating top 4.)

As a reminder: This tournament is open to all Womxn/non-binary/trans
participants, and the event is IFPA-sanctioned (WPPR points for Women's
Division).

Since we are hosting states at Frijoles, Geoff and the team have done a lot
of work on the machines and they’re playing great — and there have been
some fun changes to the lineup.
