[FSPA] keeping/playing machine in garage

The pins I left in my FL storage unit for a year definitely showed some
corrosion.  I wouldn't be as concerned with MD unless you're very close to
the Bay but even then it wouldn't be as bad as mine. A garage is WAY better
than a storage unit.
