[FSPA] Mandalorian pro detailed rules question

Trying to get to precious cargo, after I finish a multi ball, nothing is
lit at the center shot.

how do I light razor crest hurry up, which has to finish before the next
multiball can be qualified?

Shooting the center seems to increase the hurry up value but never light
the hurry up

Latest code if it matters
