[Gaming] Game report 10/28/17

Attendees: Steve J, Emmett J, Rich A.
Location: Rich’s house

First up was a first play for me and Emmett and a first multiplayer play
for Rich, of Terraforming Mars. This game is cool. You develop resources,
build cities, water and forest while terraforming Mars, raising the
temperature and oxygen level, and snagging VPs. Emmett crushed us! I came
in 2nd and Rich was a close 3rd.

Next up was a first play for Rich of Ticket to Ride India. This version of
TTR has cramped quarters, so you end up cut off if you don’t act fast.
Aside from the usual longest continual route bonus (that Rich won) you can
also create loops to cities to get bonus points, which none of us managed
to do this time. Rich took the win here by one VP over me.

Lastly we played Dominion, a first play for Emmett. Not that surprisingly
Rich won fairly handily here, creating lengthy chains, with me in 2nd, and
first timer Emmett in 3rd.
