[FSPA] FREE - Pinball Lifter

I've used the Pinball Lifter for years and have been very happy with it. The
Lifter needs to be mounted onto a Craftsman ATV/Motorcycle Jack.  It is an
inexpensive method of having a pinball lift and it stores nicely under a
pin.  It includes the hardware.
