We had that problem with Stingray when it was at VBH.  Special must be set for extra ball.  Just need to figure out which dip switch to change in the back box to correct that.

If there's a way to turn that extra ball off that'd be nice. Short of that, pay close attention to which player number is lit up before you start "your" ball.
