I'm not going to Magfest, but I am an avid laser tag player up until covid hit and would have loved to stop by and learn about it.  Most arenas are horrible and not fun at all, but fortunately I live not far from the South Riding one and the Sterling one (before it closed), which were two really pretty good ones, or at least compared to other ones I have been in.  -Roland

Hey FSPA...feel free to ignore this, but if you are going to MAGfest, consider stopping by Panel Room 4 at 1:30pm on Friday for my presentation "Let There Be Light: The Birth of Photon and Laser Tag, and a Marketing Plan that Would Make the Spaceballs Proud".

I'll be speaking, somewhat comedically about Photon, the original commercial laser tag company and premiering the trailer for my upcoming documentary film on the subject. I'd love to fill the room, so if you don't have anything to do during that time, or you have a burning desire to learn about the creation of Laser Tag, stop on by! It would be great to see some friendly faces in the crowd!
