[FSPA] Mustang Sally league week 1 is tonight!

Yes, I look forward to playing.   Congratulations on the new format
changes.  It sounds like great fun!

A few questions--  Same Preplay Rules?   Will final standings drop the
lowest two weeks?

Finally, will we play in groups of 3, when possible, following Rule 6.1?
