[FSPA] Buying tickets for Pinburgh - Urgent

Yeah.  That was me 2 years ago. LOOK AT ME NOW!!

If we want to complain about anything about pinburgh, we should be
complaining about the new division restrictions.

 If I'm Justin Bath, who is restricted to A based on my top 100 ranking, I
can just show up, and if I play shitty the first day,  I still
automatically will eventually "finish" in rank number over someone ilike
nice ol' Stephanie Traub (who is only restricted to D with her 600's
ranking) even if Stephanie had a better first day (unless i play amazing
and get into A on my own, which will now be harder because the top 100 will
get into A just by showing up, taking up a ton of spots in that division).
THAT is some BS.  I realize it's to prevent sandbagging, but I'm not going
to Pinburgh for the money, i'm going for the glory, dammit.
